We usually use co-rotating double screw extruder, with 90-180 mm. diameter, to produce tubes and profiles. For special applications and higher throughputs, we also use tandem single screw extruder.

We have designed and delivered special extrusion lines for the production of expanded HDPE, LDPE, PP and PS sheets, using the technology of extrusion lines with wide extrusion dies. This technology is well known and used to produce compact film and sheets with different thicknesses and widths.These lines produces expanded sheets with density between 100 and 400 kg/m3 used for stationery, furniture, geo-membranes and other applications.
